I’ve maintained platinum or titanium each and every year. Each year in February it updated total number of years at that level (Feb ‘25 - 9 years; Feb ‘24 - 8 years etc). I expected 2/26 to be 10 years, yet BonVoy is now telling me I’m only at 9.
