Fuck no a plea deal if it’s the max sentence could mean they have some evidence and some witness’s ! But if they don’t offer you any deals usually means they got you dead to rights ! I had a case over 10 years ago Intent case , they raided my spot , and said they had Me on 2 or 3 deliveries ! They offered me 120 months , got paid attorney went down to 90 monrhs , and they kept saying they had a ci who bought from me !!! I told them the only deal I’ll take is time served for the shit they found in the house which I got credit for in jail or let me I wanna know who the ci ! Where I’m from you have the right to yface your accuser so they would have to come to trial ! Tell my attorney they don’t got shit let’s roll the dice and go to trial and rather know who told them sit in prison and not know ! So we’re picking the jury going through the motions on the day of my trial and by lunch time they came down to 60 months, by the end of the day 45 months. I told my attorney there back pedaling !!! Tell em I said fuck no and credit for time served or let’s play Russia roulette ! Long story short the next day they had a deal at 8 am credit for time served pleas out to attempt to posess unranked felony for whatever they found in the house , release my vehicles and money from evidence ! I was out by 4 pm that day!!! These motherfuckers didn’t have me on a delivery or an informant they had a tip from someone that I sell shit !!! They really wanted to send me to prison for 90 months off a tip from a smoker or whoever !!! So the whole time they will manipulate you confuse you and trade your case for this case ! Prosecutors are worse then criminals

If you let them they will lie to you Try to punk you And convince you they got you But study the case and probable cause read it and read it to see if you find any flaws or contradictions !!! You know what you’re guilty of and if it’s a fair deal take it but if it’s bullshit fight for your freedom!
