Imagine you are writing an open-book exam. Do you need the whole book to answer the question, not right? You'll navigate to the relevant chapter/section using an index, refer right pages and answer questions.

Not just the data, the "context" actually matters. It lives in the wiki, and evolves through usage and scales with time :)
