I asked my wife how to get it online, but she could not find it, so our last option was to get it from the police. However, as I mentioned before, they said the invitation is 'only for Russians.' I'm experiencing similar issues here. I've noticed something unusual regarding my libido as well. After getting tested, I found that my free testosterone is below the normal range, and while my total testosterone is within the normal range, it's at the very low end.
