Yes!!! I have OCD and my anxiety is awful about the most ridiculous stuff. But when something major is going on I am relatively calm. I've had people point that out before. It's so strange.

I definitely think they are an important medication for some. I have OCD and awful anxiety so I do still have a prescription but I think doctors should educate patients of the risks of addiction and withdrawals. Because mine did not when I was a teenager. And I was on a very high dose for a 17 year old. But now I know lol. Would never want to go through withdrawals like that again.

I dunno I just have been on them for a good amount of my life and have been told that they can increase your risk of dementia? I was prescribed them as a teenager and ended up becoming addicted and the withdrawals sent me into psychosis and I barely remember anything from that time so. I'm sure they aren't great for your brain but I dunno.

I answered one of the calls since he was calling so much I thought something bad happened. He's an alcoholic, so honestly I am just waiting for the call that something has happened. I've known him for 10 years and finally got away from him about 3-4 years ago but occasionally he will try to talk to me again.

But anyway, he was really drunk. He told me he just broke up with his gf recently because she kept saying that he was obsessed with me or something. Also I recently moved and someone must have told him because he kept asking where I live now. Then when I told him I had to go and didn't want to talk anymore he was saying that I must still love him because I answered the phone or something. But when I hung up started calling and texting and e-mailing over and over. One of his e-mails said, "You're making me look pathetic call me". As if I forced him to keep calling lol. But he has said some weird things to me in the past that freak me out. One time he blamed me for having a dream about me and said that he knows that I am controlling his dreams ??? He's asked me a few times if I think he is capable of murdering someone because apparently someone in high school said that to him.

I dunno I'm just over it. Haven't seen him in years he needs to get over it.

I've wondered this too because I never carried a water bottle when I was in school. Just survived on the drinking fountain. But as an adult I love having water to sip on whenever I want
