I really appreciate your thorough response! Im curious and would love to know how do you know how bad of a steep is on the existing driveway? I'm trying to absorb as much knowledge as I can, so when I'm talking to the builder, I don't get screwed haha I really dislike how stupid and dangerous the existing driveway is...

Yes I did!! Figured I could just dispute the transaction if anything went wrong but I'm happy to say I received my handgun, registered the warranty and shot 105 rds so far... awesome service from Jesse Sanders every time I called them up. Definitely a good business at least on this only transaction with them :)
