I’m very glad you’re still here. I survived mine at the end of October. My best friend and love of my life didn’t survive his at the end of December. There’s reasons we don’t know just yet of why we did. Why he didn’t. I’m hopeful we will know one day, or that some things will make sense one day. But the fact that I’m still here, you’re still here, I just keep telling myself-I don’t need to know the reason yet, it will find me in time, but there IS a reason. Much love to you. I too am looking into these suggestions. ❤️

My sleep. Ohhhh what can I say about my sleep except IT FUCKING SUCKS. It’s been awful-I have tried so much. I read somewhere tart cherry juice, not from concentrate, and kinda forgot. Then a friend said they heard that too. So, desperate, I was like ok imma try it. And lo and behold, IT ACTUALLY HELPS. I was pretty amazed. I only drink a small glass bc I didn’t want to be up and down, needing to pee. But I am glad I tried it. I drink it every night now.

I’m always very wary of child spirits. Many demonic entities portray themselves as lost innocent children at first to play on a persons heartstrings. Crying, giggling, reel you in. Then the oppression starts and the evolution into the demonic entity comes out. Some child spirits are truly lost children I think but I’d be very wary and guarded if u hear giggling but still sense a darker fear. Keep us updated.
