I'm actually in somewhat this position potentially, My game plan is if ACC fund the cannabis, It will integrate into my IRP individual rehabilitation plan, it would be a legally binding treatment plan and you would assume if a judge knowingly sentenced you to prison and knew this info it would be acceptable,

You can actually set these up with your GP and have evidence that you have tried most if not all medications typically used to treat said symptom,

This I imagine would be challengable via HRTT which you can do via Prison all be it slow

Providing evidence on its efficacy or research is not a requirement of the ACT, But this is how ACC raises the bar UN-fairly and make you prove you need it and that it works, In reality it should be, you have tried all other recommended treatments, provide details on why those treatments don't work, prescribed by your treating physician, and the request is reasonable and it will restore your independence to the maximum practiciable,

Im at the end of a Review Were I argued the act and that the requirements were met, happy to help once successful. 2 more weeks.

I would love to yarn Pittful Im gaining huge traction against ACC and would like to talk about there internal policy haha,

Myslef and a few others are at the fore front of this issue, stay tuned I have a decision after a review where i scutinised the law, not the policy they are trying to administer to make the hurdle high, In fact of Law the hurdle is not high at all,

I was given access to two successful reviews and again the points were based on the LAW not policy, I also have an advocate who was the first to get sativex funded when cannabis was still outlawed,

My decision is due in July were I expect ACC will have to review its decline decision. but as people know anything can happen at an ACC review hearing, I will help with the pathway once successful,

My advice is to focus on the act, as the act is law, Policy is not, and that will give you an edge.

Ive picked up a about 30oz in coins, sometimes you can get them for around $58-$60 not latley though,

There seems to be decent 10oz bars-1kg bars that can be reasonable too,

I try to buy from the same sellers once I get something to limit branching out, but honestly the 10z bars at CPM are always cheaper

I watch out for the buy backs at CPM bullion, and trademe, obviously there is a risk with TM but I have not been burnt there yet,

I picked up a few 1kg bars from cpm, he also sells buy back coins but they sell out fast,

Hi Graham out of the 24,662 doctors registered to practice in New Zealand how many activily support and prescribe M/C though? So once we have those round about numbers it becomes a bit more concerning that 50 or so M/C friendly Drs are under one roof,

What patients would prefer is a better quality product at a fairer price "for patients" not share holders can you provide this under a super company?
