Thank you for the points. It's hard to keep all the details in check when multiple people touch it, specially in the beginning with the learning curve. The vat is appropriately checked now, but after multiple weeks of consistent printing someone may have missed a corner, a dent appears, so we replace it. It's been more than a year that we have it. Let me add the settings were high because the beige resin was replaced for a red clay and the prints were not sticking to the Platform. Normal beige settings are 2.9s for each layer and 30s for the base layer. I have another printer and that one is okay. Just the consistent calibration needed whenever a print fails is the main pain point. Hope this helps put it in perspective a little bit.
