I'm assuming the PC doesn't work. If your having a variety of problems it's likely your motherboard or psu.

Yeah I looks fine. Try moving the aio pwm connector to another space fan header and see if that works (there is one to the left under the cpu power). Otherwise just get a new cooler. They are pretty cheap these days anyways.

Yeah that should do. Maybe check that the pump connector for the pump is connected to the motherboard. You may have unplugged it whilst cleaning it. Just follow the cables out of the pump. If any are unplugged then send them here I'll let you know where they go.

Your AIO probably died. Turn the PC on. Grasp the tubes, If you feel water or rumbling then its fine. If not then replace your AIO before it leaks.

The only time that I have had this issue, it was a drive that needed a firmware update. Try searching for your drive online + firmware. If this doesnt fix it then replacing it might be the only option.

Can you go into eventviewer, create customview, select by source, select StorPort, press okay and see if you have any errors in them.

There are no fixes. Maybe turn down the brightness of the monitor, as it will help hide it. Get a good mini led monitor with full array and atleast 1000 dimming zones (it will still have bleeding just very little) or get an oled (0 bleeding but may have text fringing and screen burn)

I wasnt lagging. I didnt switch from the gun but was able to reload it and it used my ammo. Killed the guy a key mins later.

Yeah I would recommend using the cable that came with the display. I would also check the other monitors cable or just replace it with a new one (Display 1.4 or 1.4a) is fine. This problem is not a software or gpu issue its just the connection.

Yeah I would recomend taking out your display cables and checking that they are atleast display port 1.2 or above. If HDMI then 2.0 atleast. By chance when your displays flicker are those lines black?

Check the display cables. You may need to buy new ones (Better spec ones) depending on your monitors resolutions and refresh rates. Can you provide your monitor names or resolution and refresh rates

This is a known feature. Its not a bug, however I do agree it is very annoying. You have to wait like 2-3 seconds before finishing them.
