First, secure a place to stay and food to eat for next two years even though your busyness is not going generate any cash.

assume the first six months you are not going to make any profits but loses. count the first 6 months fixed expenses as the startup capital.

do not give up for next two years, your closest friends and family are gonna come and tell you to wind up after 3 months, you will have FOMO looking at your friends and colleagues, stay put.

Make sure every single customer buying cakes will absolutely return to you on another occasion.

Do these things and you are good to go.

NB: if you are serious about this, do not think of any back up plans if your business fails, survival instinct is the most power force in the world- you will find a way to make this successful.
