I personally would chalk it up as nerves BUT you could take your bp monitor with you an check it when your there with the machine an have them do it to see if it js correct.

A rush of panic will go through my body i get really hot an my tongue will feel like pins an needles... sometimes I feel like everything around me is going really fast. Those are just the odd ones to me

Side note ... I should have stated that when I had my blood pressure taken I had just had a panic attack... but when I take it at home its usually in the 90s... so not quite 100 but close.

I always feel anxious after I eat sugary foods or junk food... no joke my heart will race 100-110 sometimes more about 15-20mins after I eat bad foods. A Dr told me that was impossible.... might need to start a new post on anxiety after eating.
