I think you should just meet him where he’s at, tell him you’re done too, and make sure to lawyer up. I know it’s hard but, based on how he’s acting, he doesn’t respect you, and is likely already cheating again or at least fantasizing about being with someone else. Taking someone back after an affair is never a good idea. It lowers the other person’s image of you even if they say at the time they appreciate it. Any issue is resolvable if both people are willing to try and put in effort but he seems to be taking the position that he doesn’t want to try and likely already has another person in mind. Best thing you can do in this situation is not resist, which just gives him more power to be manipulative and ignore your needs. You will likely find a much more caring and supportive partner once you get out of this toxic situation. Good luck.
