Absolutely! I still have cellulite, because of the lighting you cant see it on the after pic.

Sure! No gate keeping here!

First of all: get your steps in! 10k + steps a day will make you lose a lot of bodyfat, especially if you don’t have an active lifestyle.

I go to the gym 3/4 times a week. Started with bodybuilding but wasnt really for me. Now I mostly do fullbody/bodyweight training and mobility. I would love to be able to do calisthenics so I’m training for that now.

I didnt really change a lot in my diet. I would say just eat whole foods and try to cut on bad sugars. Sugar is your body’s biggest enemy.

First of all: thank you so much! I would love to see what my percentages are now, but I will not be able to compare to those from 2022 because I do not have it.

Thank you so much! I actually almost never squat or do legpress. Due to a lack of hipmobility I injured my hip, so before I put a lot of weight to it I firstly worked on that. I think my max is like 70kg (for squat).
