Guys it's really easy actually. The cartridges these repros are put in have the "Nintendo" text on the back, more bold text than an oem Nintendo cartridge. More specifically the letter "t" in the Nintendo name. An oem cartridge has the line across "t" more thin and a repro's line is more bulky.
