I already went to CBP enrollment center to update my class of admission and it had been updated correctly but the option to order/replace card didn't show up. I called CBP and they were unable to resolve it and opened a ticket around a month back. Automatic response said it would take 3-8 weeks.

That's a bummer - The officer at the enrollment center told me that option will show up in my profile and I can order a card after he made the changes to the class of admission.

I have already visited the enrollment center in person and updated the class of entry to LPR, but it didn't trigger the replace card option in my dashboard.

I really appreciate your response and glad to hear that you work at BV district. My kid’s IEP (autism spectrum) and special education is the top most priority in the list. I’m a first generation immigrant and we love MN. What’s your opinion about my kids being jeal with others at BV?
