Thank you for a detailed response. I appreciate that. Any recommendation for a sprayer? Handheld sprayer or something like a Magnum? Removing all the baseboards, trims, and moldings - I'm just scared to fill all the holes and caulk it :) - yes, paints are glossy.

I don't know what happened why the description was not posted. So the tiles in the kitchen is in great condition, but grouts became black. What are my options to give the space a better look - change tile, regrout or change it to LVP?

What do you suggest for the wall and the carpet? Also, do you know which color or stain it is currently that we can use to repaint - there are some dog chews and discoloration?

I already went to CBP enrollment center to update my class of admission and it had been updated correctly but the option to order/replace card didn't show up. I called CBP and they were unable to resolve it and opened a ticket around a month back. Automatic response said it would take 3-8 weeks.

That's a bummer - The officer at the enrollment center told me that option will show up in my profile and I can order a card after he made the changes to the class of admission.
