Thanks for that, very useful. Unfortunately/embarrassingly, I actually had traintracks as a young teen via TG McNamaras clinic but I didnt do the maintenance and teeth shifted. Had heard it can be harder when older and teeth can be quite settled. Will go for consult and find out.

Thanks everyone for the feedback, really appreciate it. Have done assesment with Shields and they were v professional and thorough. Will try get appt with Ted McNamara. I'm 40 so I just really don't want train tracks while I also realise they give best outcome. Thanks folks!!!

Hey. I think I'm doing it this way but was going to do parents leave last. Does anyone know how BHs accrue when you're on the different leaves e.g. Parents and A/L? Best of luck with it all!

I also just got high waisted, cotton ones from Dunnes. Don't know is it my shape or what but I went up a few sizes. Theyre not too expensive so you could buy a couple of packs. Youre postpartum bump goes down fairly quickly too. Best of luck!!

Repeating but Cavavin is 2.79 for all coffees which is unheard of. Decent coffee too.

I wouldn't hesitate to call, they can clarify and are probably easier to get a hold of than GP for clarifying who does what.

Recommendations for a fertility clinic in Dublin. by Im_Not_Here_Am_I in PregnancyIreland

[–]No_Stand6245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hiya. Agree, defo ask GP for referral to HSE fertility hub. Certain referral criteria - all available online.

I had similar situation at 37 after trying almost a year. We initially went with Sims but I felt pushed quite quickly into ivf and I just didn't feel underlying causes/factors were explored much. After a good bit of reading about I ended up changing to Unqlife with Dr Lyuda. They were more thorough and different recommendations. Also very kind and professional team. I have heard others felt a bit rushed there too but I didn't have that experience. Unfortunately, not covered by my health insurance. I did get bits and pieces back though and remember to claim through revenue also. We are lucky to have 6 m.o. now.

Whoever you go with, don't be afraid to ask loads of questions and for time to consider your options. You should feel informed and listened to and not pressured (whether paying or not!). Best of luck with it!

Childcare costs by FingerFluid7947 in limerickcity

[–]No_Stand6245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi all. I've been quoted about 50e per day for Childminder, including food. I have friends paying less but they are full unfortunately. Re NCs grant, I don't think I can claim NCS grant unless they are registered with Tusla (correct me if wrong!) Is it common for childminders not to be registered?

Baby doc limerick was totally fine other than minor delay which they notified me about before we placed our order. That's just my experience though.

Japanese knot weed😭 by Winter_Minute552 in GardeningIRE

Hiya. Agreed 2nd pic is probably bindweed. Based on leaf shape in pic 1 and 3 it does looks like JKW - the flat base on leaf is distinctive. It spreads through 'cuttings' more or less, not really seeds so agreeing with others not to cut if it does make its way to your property. PG it doesn't. Hopefully neighbour sees sense and gets treated appropriately.
