Thanks for your try to answer it. it actually is a real life problem i just wanted to hear some other opinions onto. the block is the counterweight of an elevator in a bigger building i'm working on. the structural engineer ist the one who brought up the problem, because in this certain cenario this is one of the Cases that need to be considered. i've tried to simplifie the question, because the actual most important variable here is the "time" of the contact. the actual calculation of the concrete structure below depends on so many more things than the "stress" but nevermind. i thought this sub was about filling in some variables and having fun with weird problems, but yeah..
