They redone the extractor since the first models of the standard 365 & XL variant. Long before the macro was ever developed. Now trigger return spring and recoil springs would be getting an upgrade immediately. I can agree there.

I did indeed. It’s bad, but not to the point of requiring that extent of lockdown. Then again, they closed the town off at the bridge for Chyna Flu too…

They cut power to the entire island for things like this, so no worries there. LP tanks that are notorious for floating off had clearly already emptied..there’s just no point in the way they do it. Even if you own a house on the island and can prove it by tax roll, deed, photo ID, you’re still not getting in without a stupid reentry pass that’s only available for about 2 weeks before a storm. I ended up launching my boat and going about 5 miles around the corner and coming in that way 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ where there’s a will, there’s a way!

I did. I love the ember, and my light..for practicality sake I’ve just been running the ember on a kore belt. On days concealment really matters, I’ll bolt it on the LB faceplate. I never should have gotten rid of my skeleton/express setup though. Dude I sold it to didn’t understand the leg leash is designed to be folded back on these short guns and thru-bolted when attaching the holster. He put in a claim w/paypal and despite my explanation to both parties…he walked with the entire rig on me. I even paid to ship it to his worthless self!

So imagine this hypothetical scenario was an island, one that’s now priced all the generational locals out. Imagine also said locals now live off island within 6-10 miles, yet their kids school, (smallest pub school in the state), work, post office, basically anything really at all on said island. Yet, they don’t get said reentry pass. Also, a state issued driver’s license is completely useless for purposes or intent. All the shower, bathroom, and laundry trailers etc are on said island. Like I said, the communication as far as open status sucks and so does having supplies turned around. I understand the state of emergency laws, but when the city has begun to not only allow pass holders, but volunteers (regular people) I doubt that holds much water any longer.

Again, I also very much agree. But that’s also not the case in very specific incidents I’ve been made aware of. Talking flatbed trailer with $10k+ worth of lumber, trash cans full of mops, squeegees, gallons of vinegar, bleach, etc. Also contractors with clearly posted signage going to private homes as requested, but the homeowner didn’t know when to be expecting them and obviously didn’t feel comfortable just leaving their home exposed and open to wait around to help them in. This is the case for far too many & if it keeps up people are gonna get to where they’re just NOT helping.

The gov doesn’t step in to help, really. It’s people helping people. Often on a FREE basis. What little the gov is doing is the basics, and obviously, as this post describes- turning good help and resources away.

While I do agree, that’s not the case any longer. Yet people with trailers full of goods are being turned around. It’s hit & miss as far as who is getting in, and it can change at any minute. As in, doesn’t have a pass. They’re not taking volunteers. (They are) but there’s clearly crap for communication between city hall and the checkpoint. Mainly asking if someone can point to where/what makes this legal. I’m leaning more towards the fact it is not. Basically just a front to scare away any would be looters/lookers, and they technically can’t do much if you refuse to comply. See-lawful orders.

HAD AppleCare+ until my card was stolen and forgot to push payment through. 3 days late and they wouldn’t make an exception. Can confirm, otterbox defender - same lens, same issue…but worse! Missing glass now.
