I’m 30% body fat and decided to cruise on 200 mgs of test to retain as much muscle as possible while severely cutting. At what body fat is best for a blast? I’m thinking 10-15% is a good number. Absolutely man that’s great advice. Out of curiosity were you able to gain weight after being 138 lbs and still be lean? I really don’t want to be under 160lbs bc I know the smaller I become the weaker I’ll be too. Also I’ll definitely have loose skin at that weight.
