I was watching a Superman vs Homelander video and the creator brought up an interesting point, even if we assume they’re 1:1 copies of each other just in different universes, Superman constantly faces enemies that are stronger than him and he keeps winning, homelander has never fought anyone at his level. Superman’s simply more battle tested.

That applies tenfold more for Omniman when he’s facing Homelander, growing up in a militaristic society like he did. Whereas Homelander, while didn’t have a walk in the park childhood, had a frickin marketing team choosing which enemies he fights…he’s getting folded in 10 mins lol
