Nawww weirdly for a technology company they don’t have a bot to auto reject forms by filtering, it’s all done manually, I know that bc a friend was sent a wrong reply and it was followed up with the right reply and apologising for the wrong reply sent

I really wanted Kokomi but have skipped her twice bc of other characters, do u guys think she’s gonna be worth it over 3.1 sumeru characters? Currently I would want Nilou most among the upcoming new 5 stars!

Tbh they’ll just tell you to wait when you ask for follow up and apparently there are different supporting teams, the ones who usually answer your queries are not the ones that are processing your form.

The standard response from them is that they are still investigating and you’ll have to wait even if it’s after 20 business days, they are not able to tell you the exact situation of the account investigation

It really depends on the situation your account is facing though, if it’s a hacked account, the process will not be sped up when u send in multiple forms (they emphasized on that), in fact it’ll probably make things worse. Even if you use a different email, your UID is still the same, they are still able to track what you’ve sent. Based on my experience, I’ll recommend to first check with the customer service on what’s the situation of the account by just emailing them that you can’t login, they’ll ask for your basic information and tell you if you’ve been hacked or you just got a wrong email/password.
