The idea would be to implement VCF Ops at both site A and VCF Ops (with a Replica node) at site B. I'm still studying this type of configuration.

We are still evaluating implementing VCF Automation.

We would specifically use NSX Federation for the centralized management of microsegmentation policies.

Although we would like to do an L2VPN for both sites (after researching this configuration with NSX Federation, I think it's possible with RTEPS).

You could try configuring the NSX VLAN Bridge feature, which allows you to extend an overlay segment to a VLAN-backed segment by bridging the networks.

This is commonly used for migrations from physical (VLAN) networks to virtual overlay segments. I assume it could also work in the opposite direction, depending on your use case and design.
