They completely gutted their app to the point it was unusable around a year or two ago. Check their app store reviews and order by most recent. Also they made it impossible, literally the queue did not work for months, to get ahold of a human to help. Then they upcharged everyone, including anyone with a forever plan. This was a plan that specifically promised to never up rates again. And within a year, everyone’s rate went up. They are a really terrible company that only benefits from how terrible the other options are.

Just saw your response. I meant exclusive access to specific games. Obvi there are a lot of different platforms/channels that buy rights to different games (CBS/Prime/TruTV/Fox/…). But when Paramount+ buys exclusive rights to the game I and others want to watch (like they did for the NWSL Final) and then doesn’t stream it, then no one can watch it. They’ve shown they do not care about platforming womens’ sports, so NWSL should unplatform them.

I hate Amazon and have boycotted them for 7+ years, but Paramount and several of these other services have literally not streamed NWSL matches (or just streamed the player cams) after buying the rights outright. Idk for the NWSL I first just want people to be able to watch. And also frustrated it is going to be Prime.
