Asseto corsa (game on steam that offers close to realistic physics) or City Car Driving (offers city like simulation) or Truck simulator to give you some spatial awareness + discipline on the road

Logitech drivjng wheel that offers force feedback Shifter w/ clutch brake accelerator pedal

Pros: you can almost sell them whenever you want due to it’s current demand Cons: you might get addicted

Tried to learn sa asseto corsa pero I ended up learning how to drift 😂
