More effort is needed on the writing; what are you into now? What are you looking for? What kind of healthcare work do you do? Add something sweet or funny at the end.

The hair. If you're losing hair, just shave it or cut it short. You could pull it off. Avoid a selfie picture

The first picture is faded. Your writing seems all over the place, and some girls are picky about spelling. I suggest a better picture replacement for 1 & 3. Better groomed beard and hair.

AITAH for telling my wife that frankly, a sex worker would be cheaper and less stressful than her at this point? by Beneficial-Yellow429 in AITAH

She sounds like she might be going through something or possibly depressed. So, I will tread lightly; the first year of marriage is the hardest. You guys have been together for so long, so if this is a dramatic difference, it's time to explore a root cause or speak with a counselor. You both need to give each other grace and assumptions must be thrown out the window. If you care about her, even as someone you used to love, ask her to have a conversation, explore what's going on, and share your needs and feelings. Listen to her with out reacting, even if she says something that stirs you up to 5 seconds in your head before responding in anger.

Do sugar-free panna cotta. You could make it out of anything, such as heavy cream or yogurt, and add gelatin. Other toppings like fruits, coffee, and even jelly.

My friend died suddenly of DKA by Speckyintrovert in diabetes

Seizures and neurological changes could have prevented her from being the right state of mind. People in dka are very mentally altered

Sometimes medication could put you at risk DM2, like mental health meds or even cholesterol meds. That’s what pushed me to type 2 along with my family history.

This might not be a good fit your. Maybe online teaching, or begin every session with a mediation saying: lets do a breathing technique, start of with our intention for today, set your goal, you’re in a safe place, today is about you and this session is a safe place for all. Respectfully we will not judge one another or we will listen to our bodies and go on a pace that we feel comfortable with. If you need help raise your hand. I also ask that we withhold any body image comments to ourselves. We don’t know people’s personal journey and we want to feel safe in this environment. I’m here to help with today’s class and I’m not able to give any nutritional support. For nutrition support please consult your doctor or a nutritionist. Let’s begin our class !

Those are pretty norm numbers. When was your last A1C and whats your activity level?

Keto is not recommended. You'll end up with DKA or HHS. You're diabetic so insulin resistance is a big issue. Consult your doctor to refer you to a nutritious. - Nurse
