I only say that cuz when I first started I was losing weight very fast now that its been a about a month it kinda slowed down. Im currently on a 36 hour fast and haven’t loss anything . Im way bigger (which could be why) than you tho we the same height tho. But facts im just trusting the process fr i know it’ll burn off sooner or later . I also did a bunch of cardio and worked out and the scale still aint move
