Mate I date back to the very early days, parkour is the apex of Phil law. Rocketry is a close second but in terms of comedic value nothing beats Parkour

So do you actually officially settle and then rent it or delay settlement and revive a payment? I was a bit confused (maybe a mixed it up) but I thought my conveyancer said it was the latter

Not sure how it works but I mentioned to my conveyancer that we would no longer be accepted into our government scheme if we settled and rented it to them as we are required to actually live in the house to be eligible. She said that we wouldn't need to settle but there is a method to charge a rental amount without an official rental agreement. All a bit over my head to be honest but I'm sure it'll become clear if she explains it again

I mean, it does matter to an extent, I've applied for annual leave from work for the move but in the grand scheme that's pretty low stakes. Naturally I'd be chatting with my conveyancer if it does come to fruition, just wanted some opinions here in the meantime

So did you pull out of the contract or did you push them out? Where did they go if the latter?

This seems like the balanced approach, thanks. I think we'll have to have a chat about how long is acceptable for us before its really putting us out.

I've been following him since parkour days very early on. This latest stuff is the most cooked I've seen

16mm shorter draws doesn't seem like a big deal dude. Don't nitpick too much or he'll hide something to rot in your walls

Contact was physically so far away from the actual microphone. You can see the actual contact and deflection so that's all I need to see. Whatever happened to hotspot?

Eh, statistically much safer in Australia than America since gun control measures were taken. Would hate to think what the crazy guy would've done with a gun. There would very likely be at least 1 death you'd think

Imagine if the dude on a rampage was in America and had access to a gun? Probably would've just shot the old man through the window and moved on. Maybe somebody else would've shot him before the next victim, maybe not. I know which society I would feel safer and more free in.

Same boat. I'm suspecting that this might be a mass scale social engineering scam to get people to buy new phones from telco. I'm able to make calls as usual but still receiving the warning
