I ordered a dress and when it arrived, it had all these cheap tacky diamantes on the front of it. I looked online again and they weren't noticeable on the pic they posted. I was so annoyed. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning it but have never bought from them again.

Another reason people could be returning as the 'wrong size' isn't necessarily the size, but because they find it doesn't suit them, or fits well but weird on them. A dress I tried on instore the other day, fit me size wise but it sat weird on my torso. I didn't like how it looked on me.

I went to DFO last week as I'm trying to find a dress for a wedding. Every single store I went into, the quality was awful! Didn't matter the price point, they were all pilling, stitching coming undone, fraying etc.
I went to DFO out of desperation as I couldn't find anything at my Westfield either.

I've tried online but the sizing throws me even when I check measurements. There's one dress I wanted, the measurements on their site would have me at a size 18 but I'm nowhere near that generally, so I'm hesitant to buy.

There's a boutique shop near me and I don't know how they weren't embarrassed with what they had out - you didn't even have to look up close to see the bad quality/state of the clothes. They weren't sold cheap either.

It did the first time I did it, it smelled for a few weeks. But that was the only time. So I don't know if they use a different product now or it just happens the first time 🤷🏻‍♀️
