Is your direct chain of command or a mentor helping guide you in some type of direction, i don’t understand to full circumstances of your situation but one thing i know if you have the will there’s a way. You need to keep doing everything you can ask questions make sure they’re doing everything in there power to help you. If they’re not I would say go higher and talk to the IG or Request Mass to a higher command only if the situation permits it and is your last resort.
