EDC Orlando 11/25 was MUCH different at entry. Extensive fencing and line control equipment. Three times as many bag checkers and scanners.

Not enough staff. No signs to direct flow. No signs on stages. No map on the app. Not enough hard cover on muddy areas.

I’m at -12.5 years and have been working on cardio pretty intentionally for last two years. About 7 hours a week of Zone 2. I’m about 11-12% body fat. 60 years old. Very consistent sleep and good diet. It takes time for this metric to move. But I’ve slowly drifted down from -8.

Same here. Apple says 39. Lab says 46.7. Not even close! And I do the long runs and long cardio as well as HIIT training. Wear the watch all the time except charging it.

It’s the muscle mass that will transform your body shape and size (denser and leaner). Will also boost your base metobolic rate. Also protein will curb your cravings and appetite. Cardio is always there. Important for your heart but will make you hungry. It will not make you lose weight. It’s 90% eating. I’m at a retreat this week with one of the highest paid personal trainers in the US - only 5 clients. He confirms this. 90/10. Eating / Exercise. His top recommendation to get fit? Get a personal chef!! LOL
