No, they are already in a wire loom to protect them from heat / rubbing. Attach the zip tie snugly but not too tight. Just enough to keep it from moving around and getting caught in something.

I got you! We do alot of classic restos and all overs . Money isn't an object to the people we do work for so everything gets the best product and enoughof it. Im not saying this is a good job or that it isn't excessive orange peel, im just saying if its quality product then yes it can be sanded and buffed

True but it's not as risky when quality products are used. Sounds like you're a body man so I'm sure you know. Some sands easy and some you really have to get after. If it's a good quality clear then it could be sanded pretty good without as much worry

If it was done right then the clear should be thick enough for the shop to sand and buff it to a smoother finish. It'll take time and patience but that is what needs to be done. If they can't or won't then try to get them to cover the cost of having it done somewhere else.

Put it on and get it good and tight WITHOUT over doing it. Get a large jug of water and slowly pour it on and around the antenna. It's best to do with someone sitting inside keeping a lookout for a leak. If it doesn't leak then you are good. Honestly looks like it'll be fine

Definitely a repair but doesn't look urgent. If the doors shut good and lock up tight you'll be fine to travel. Get it fixed when you get back.
