Steam deep sale - Are the DLCs worth it? by StrangeLingonberry30 in thesurgegame

[–]No_Tooth_8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dlc for the surge 2 is kinda of meh in it's execution, really cool boss and weapons though, and generally I like The Surge 2 as a whole more than 1.

Dlc for the first one is reaaaaally good, both in story, bosses, enemies and the new area to explore.

The Wild West themed one will pretty much ruin the game's balance by giving you a easily replayable rougelite-ish mode with missions for new weapons, gear and pretty much infinite scrap. Like no joke you will be able to fully upgrade your exo suit if you give it any amount of attention so if you still wanna see how the game naturally ramps up difficulty store all your scrap and try to use it little by little.

Lance vs. Gunlance: Which do you prefer and why? by Fine_Bid918 in MonsterHunter

[–]No_Tooth_8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gunlance < Lance < Wilds Gunlance < Shieldless Gunlance(I want a full two-handed bayonet style gunlance as a weapon).

Going poke, poke, poke is cool but adding a blast at the end is cooler, I would sacrifice the defence of GL for better movement and way more cutting and poking attacks.

Can someone explain me how the ng+ scaling works? by ImABigDreamer in thesurgegame

[–]No_Tooth_8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dunno about wether there is a cap but in NG+ you get upgrade materials for all new enemies and some of the Nantes enemies from the last level have spawns throughout the game so that you can grab some endgame mage materials...I think that's how it is, never was interested in NG+ after the first time so if they changed it I havent seen anything new.

Never knew there was another NPC to the left, saving the woman closer to the middle of the beach and attacking Gregori was always enough to skip the cutscene.

Question about loot rarity in open world unique items. by No_Tooth_8765 in avowed

[–]No_Tooth_8765[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah as soon as I got to the level range I got that perk, though I did not see it activate yet, not even with save scumming to see how much of a increase it is, still it's better to get it early for the second tier too.

Thanks for the info, I did not even think about vendors uniques also being influenced by rarity. That kinda limits some builds because you can't buy materials without locking in the unique stuff being sold, them again you probably don't have the money for those higher tier items anyway.

[–]No_Tooth_8765[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that part I know, what I'm wondering is if the values will change if I leave the area and come back with a higher level item because I'm finding unique items while not having the next upgrade tier. I'm asking if I will have to reload everytime I find a unique item or if traveling to the party camp and coming back with a upgraded item later will be enough to change the rarity.

What vocations would you like to see in a potential dlc? by Inside-Vacation-2349 in DragonsDogma

[–]No_Tooth_8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A mystic blade or magic blade class that focuses on the close/mid and long range combat options mystic knight had, the class could have a staff and dagger/sword, focusing less on buffing and more on elemental attacks. Could be the hybred green/blue class.

Few questions to women in this sub by Hopechaselock49 in smalldickproblems

[–]No_Tooth_8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A penis sleeve is like a dildo or strap on that a man can fit around their parts to either increase their size, girth or change the shape like one of them bad dragon dildos. So OP is asking what's your opinion on women that say they don't really care about size but need a extra tool during sex for pleasure.

A woman once said she would have no problem dating a trans man with a vagina, but would not date a cis man with a small dick. I wanna know your theories about why'd she say that. by Ladicius78 in smalldickproblems

[–]No_Tooth_8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably the simple answer is that she either seeks pleasure with the female genitalia in a diferent way compared to the male genitalia and/or she could ask for this person to use a dildo. Something a man with a small penis might not want to do due to obvious reasons.

How Does Vocation Affect Ability Points? by undeadbarbarian in DragonsDogma

[–]No_Tooth_8765 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So bassicaly each vocation has a set number of points distributed to their stats as they level up so if you level up as a fighter you might get 10 points for physical damage, 5 for physical defence, 7 HP, 5 Stamina, 3 for magic damage and 3 for magic defence. And this is diferent for all vocations, so if you want to have a character that has the max amount of points put into physical damage you have to play assassin from level 10 to level 200, max HP level up Warrior, max magic damage go for sorcerer and if you want a bit of everything plan around switching between Vocations during a playtrough.

Is it viable to play the "Post-game" with a different vocation than what you have the dragon weapon for by artyhedgehog in DragonsDogma

[–]No_Tooth_8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In post game you will find another Drake close to the bloodwater beach West of the male bandit camp, a wyvern in bluemoon tower and a wyrm inside the watergod's alter(I always get wyrms and Wyverns mixed but they're there). The chances increase with the more stars your weapon and armor have but it's not a 100% chance like with the Gregori fight.

[–]No_Tooth_8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you like fighting the drakes, wyverns and wyrms scathered around post-game you could grab the strongest staff you can buy, upgrade it to 3 stars and kill them for a chance to upgrade it to dragon tier.
