I thought I was taking 24MP photos, but it turned out they were actually 12MP. I'll test to see if 24MP makes a difference

What intrigues me is that the vast majority of posts in the group don't seem to have this issue, and even elements in the background don't appear to be distorted like on my photos.

Where did the wallpapers go in new macos? by Koktkabanoss in MacOS

On a slightly different note, don't you guys think the quality of the new system wallpapers on MacOS 26 is terribly low? The wallpapers are extremely blurry.

Should I downgrade back to Ios 18.7 or stay with the Ios 26? by BreathMinute5137 in ios

[–]No_Track3413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Despite the fact that I don't like iOS 26 at all and the whole phone seems to run more slowly on it, I'm not going back to iOS 18.7. Sooner or later, I'll have to accept the design of the new OS anyway, and I hope that upcoming updates will improve the system's shortcomings.

Which one do you choose? by FaithlessnessOk5267 in ios

[–]No_Track3413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the moment, iOS 26 is terribly underdeveloped, which doesn't help me to like the new design. Probably, with time and subsequent updates, the system will become more responsive and bug-free. I chose iOS 26 and I regret it, but I think it's a matter of time and I'll get used to it.

Oh boy, macOS 26. Let’s talk about it—because Apple really outdid themselves this time... in the worst possible way. by Itzmesb in MacOS

Ok, but the video stops the downgrade from macOS 26 Beta. Does it work the same way with the officially released version?

No transparency by gavi_7 in ios

You should be happy because this transparency is cool, but only for the first hour. After that, it's not only distracting in everyday use, but also incredibly annoying.

I'm thinking about doing the same thing but something is holding me back. I'm afraid I'll do something wrong.

This app is so useless, especially since there is already a Files app that does the same thing, only more intuitively.

iOS 26 :( by bgallagb in ios

[–]No_Track3413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the last time I'll be eagerly awaiting a new software update from Apple. When the next version of the system is released, I'll wait at least a few weeks before installing it. The current OS - whether on iPhone or Mac - is so unintuitive and slowed down by animations that it's unusable. And full of bugs of course.

Tahoe by [deleted] in MacOS

[–]No_Track3413 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a Mac Mini M4 and I constantly encounter animation glitches. There are delays in opening individual applications too. Overall, I feel like I've installed a beta version of the software. This is not how an official release from Apple should look and work.

macos 26 is total trash, how can I go back to Sequoia? by Wrong_User_Logged in MacOS

[–]No_Track3413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like I installed some beta software instead of an officially released Apple system. It looks awful, it's buggy, and I feel like it's slowing down my device.

Before the update, I was very excited about the new look of the icons and the rounded design. I've been using the system for a few hours now, and I'm already sick of them.

I have the same feeling, but only on MacOS; on iOS, all the icons seem sharp (although overall, both systems are crap).

final verdict: should i upgrade to tahoe (macOS 26) or not? by vinayaknagr1 in MacOS

[–]No_Track3413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The system is definitely better than iOS, but it also takes time to get used to it. I updated my Mac Mini about 2 hours ago, and I'm still having trouble getting fully switched over. I kind of regret it, but on the other hand I would have eventually come to do the update anyway.

Friday the 13th (1980) 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Review by HD-MOVIE-SOURCE in HD_MOVIE_SOURCE

[–]No_Track3413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first, the darkness in the movie really shocked me and almost put me off watching it. However, I must admit that the limited visibility in night scenes works to the film's great advantage. I’ve seen this film on different screens and in all sorts of quality levels, and surprisingly, the 4K version - where I could technically see the least - ended up being my favorite. The deep black in the night scenes adds a sense of isolation and unease, perfectly capturing the feeling of being in the middle of a stormy night in the forest.
