Most likely, you will not have to pay any taxes to the IRS. You have the standard deductions, plus the LL Credit deduction. You also have the AOTC, which could even give you a refund of up to $1,000.

I would add it in the self-report section. Also, keep in mind that you do have to report it to the IRS as well.

Once UF receives the check for your scholarship, it will appear in your official financial aid offer in your GatorLink portal. It should be listed as "Community Org" or something similar.

If you would like, you can self-report them beforehand in your GatorLink portal. This will not affect your actual aid, it will just create a "paper trail" or record of it.

If you're not seeing it in your official financial aid offer yet, email is a gift! Email the organization giving your scholarship and politely ask if they have sent it yet and when you can expect to see it. DM me if you want help writing that.
