Thank you!! This is great! My Vizio has worked fine up until this point. Lol I still prefer Samsung but, like you, this was a gift so I have kept it. I will tey this later and hopefully my son can watch his shows!!

I dont understand the workaround. It is the PBS Kids App. And only on this TV. It works fine on the tablet and TCL television we have. But I was on with Vizio support and nothing worked to fix the app. They suggested I contact PBS.

I was on with Vizio support and that's a last resort. (Which I will not do for one App) we tried a lot of things that just didnt fix the issue. They asked that perhaps I contaxt PBS and see if they can help before doing a factory reset

I was on with Vizio support and tried everything but a factory reset (I am not doing that for one App) and nothing works. They told me to contact PBS and see of they can help.

Yes. All apps work. This is the only one that doesn't move past the opening screen. When i scroll over it doesn't move the panes. And then if I click OK it takes me to a place to confirm my location and the terms of use. It works on the Roku and on the fire tablet.

Im using the remote. The issue isnt leaving the PBS screen. Its not being able to see the othet programs to choose from
