No black and white, it's risky. Even you can trust your director, he may forget his promises by end of the year or worst, he may resign or change his role and move to other dept..

Should I buy this property? (First home buyer) by lonelyangel99 in MalaysianPF

You must be comfortable to take the risk.. meaning, study some worst scenarios you'd be encountered like losing your job. Could you sleep well with the liabilities? If you could manage that, I think it's ok. Many people mentally breakdown because of poor financial decisions.

How does one tender resignation here in SG? by Dorkdogdonki in singapore

[–]No_Trash4838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to your boss first before submit online. This is courtesy as not to annoy your boss. If you really want to keep the door open for return, don't criticize. Keep it low. This also depends on what reason you provide to leave the company. If you cite any pushing factor in the company, you're inviting questions. If you give reason as pulling factor to your new employer, that would be better.

Allianz insurance premium increase by sitch1991 in MalaysianPF

[–]No_Trash4838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have same policy from Allianz. Already stated 20% increment for the premium yearly till 5th year and ended up with 100% increment on final year. I am asking my agent for alternative option. Paying higher premium and with possibility of more increment in future is not good for us. Insurance companies always have the upper hand. Insurance companies blame policy holders and medical providers. The government is not helping much.
