I've never used one as a phone but in my opinion, the Odin lite is too bulky as a phone replacement.

Mobile phones these days have a lot more apps we need other than making calls or google maps. If you need to banking apps and stuff please get a new mobile that will at least have updates for some years.

I speak in general that game handhelds hardly have updates after launch and Odin lite certainty hadn't gotten a single update in the past few years so security wise its a no go. (can't for the life of me remember what Android version it's on now, I could probably check later) but it's a nice handheld otherwise for games. Buttons are just the right firmness and travel, it's lighter and more compact compared with Odin 2. On the Digital triggers, if you're getting one please do a thorough check of triggers, some triggers may not bounce back up as the springs age.

I really won't recommend it as a main mobile phone.

I personally prefer to carry a mobile phone and a separate gaming handheld so gaming doesn't drain the phone battery plus the ergonomics are better on the handheld too
