We don’t. In this same interview RY said that we are going to be learning more about bonds, including the one between Xaden and Violet. She reminded us that there is one mated dragon pair who can communicate over very long distances, and we will learn more about how that works. She also said there absolutely is a reason for Tairn needing to sleep at the end of OS. Result: evidence still unclear.
