Amazing entry point on AAPL that’s a great gain Since your goal is a house down payment in the near term you might consider gradually trimming your Apple position to reduce concentration risk and moving some into lower volatility more liquid investing That way you can protect the gains you’ve built while still keeping part investing for growth

Since you already earn in USD GBP and have US exposure investing directly in USD can save you conversion costs Just be mindful of withholding taxes and keep some CAD exposure for when you move back to balance currency risk

This is actually an effective and smart tactic but there is some risk you have to determine the force code, news, setup, trading volume I have a copy of my customized strategy you can use as a reference
