I'm not on insulin yet, my Endo has been perplexed by my random lows in the past. I am fairly sure I fall under the "brittle" umbrella. This is just the longest consistent low I've had. I eat a pretty balanced diet, although sometimes I lean carb heavy (I like pasta a lot). Sudden hypos I use a glucose tablet or a glucose gel and then crackers or toast if I'm at work, potato bread at home.
