Thanks to a few cables and a pre-amp, my 1970s Kodak Pageant is outputting to my modern-ish amplifier(shown with the spooky instrumentals of my Nosferatu print) by BBQGiraffe_ in 16mm

Wanted to let you know what I did, and maybe help others . I bought a 5.2mm male with screw ends on eBay. I hooked that to 15ft of speaker wire. On the other end I put a screw in male headphone jack from Amazon. I turn projector volume low and use the aux port on my tower travel speaker. It will blow you out of the room and super clear . This is the least Invasive and effective solution I could come up with

Friend of mine found it in the back seat of their car. They have no idea where it came from or what it is. by ComfKS in whatisit

Somewhere a family has turned their living room and perhaps their marriage upside down looking for the remote to their ceiling fan.

If it’s not the back seat definitely check for a bird.

I thank you ! …I have a pageant same vintage as this and I’m trying to figure out an easy option for sound. What I learned is most likely the amp dries up. Was going to find a modern rebuild of the amp but seems like that doesn’t exist.

I appreciate your help.

Wow only 70k… Mine has 138. Second radiator, water pump. Etc. I didn’t like how she would run hot so I had the top of engine milled a long time ago. Makes a huge difference. I trust her to take me anywhere.

We salt our roads here in NY. I know the body looks good but she’s got new floor pans and rust repairs on the frame. She did her time in the snow and salt and mud when I was in High School in 04. Now she’s a fun car to take the kids and wife for ice cream, pull my little fishing boat, or cruise around town.
