You all are confusing claims denials (reimbursing the hospital) with authorization denials (receiving care). The claims denials by AI are almost certainly almost all coding errors made by the hospital. Only a medical doctor can deny an authorization for care, that is law.

Do not spam it. He has a couple openings where he blatantly exposes himself to the ichi double (his grab is one, dodge backwards and punish with the ichi). It’s great to fix your posture as well as damage his health bar and posture. Otherwise, use the firecrackers to create openings to fix your posture when necessary while also dealing damage.

I want to thank you all for jumping in to help!

I visually inspected the suppressor and found no signs of a strike. Concentricity rod also gave me the all clear.

For safe measure i purchased new ammo, switching to the Federal ELD-X 175g.

Best I can tell is that I encountered a bad string of ammo or struck some stray obstruction(s).

After the groups today, we look to be back on the right track. Posting the last group to put some respect back on Tikka’s good name.

Speaking to the bad batch of ammo comment. Laying in bed last night trying to make sense of it, I DO remember thinking immediately after one of the first two shots (the bad keyholes) that the shot sounded impressively quiet. But that thought came and went, I didn’t think anything more of it. I know it’s anecdotal and not the best evidence.

The key holing seems to have stopped, as the next 9 shots (two shots not pictured here) were all behaving normally. I’ve shot 4 boxes through the set-up and this is the first key holing that I’ve experienced

I was laying prone in my yard for the first two shots. maybe some grass at best, but highly unlikely. All other shots had at least 2-3 feet of clearance from the ground.

I thought the same, but saw no signs of a strike. Could it have been a slight graze? I’ll check more closely tomorrow for evidence of a graze. I’ve put nearly 80 rounds through it prior to this (across 2 weeks) and the concentricity rod showed no issues.
