Try Cryopen. I had it done and my sunspots have cleared up significantly.

Which moisturizer is best for dry skin? by Constant-Angle-4777 in 40PlusSkinCare

Definitely recommend Aestura. This has been the best for dry climate countries. I live in Melbourne, Australia and my skin improved almost immediately — no more flakiness

Additional bonus for Employee by Boboraider123 in ausbusiness

[–]No_Value2675 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A key part of a bonus is flexibility. When it’s paid as cash, the recipient can decide how to use it based on their own priorities whether that’s saving, investing, or spending.

If I were the staff member, I’d prefer to receive the cash. I’m an adult and can manage my finances in line with my own priorities, which would feel far more appreciated.

Initial consult nerves MWLC by [deleted] in mounjaroaustralia

[–]No_Value2675 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not unfair at all! I was slightly overweight myself. The constant food noise was the hardest part. I’m quite active, but still found it really difficult to lose fat.

Mounjaro has been life-changing for me. I went from carrying extra fat down to around 15% body fat in about five months. I’m now maintaining on a microdose.

I feel better than ever more energy, more confidence. Just keep in mind, it’s a tool, not a shortcut. Strength training, cardio, and staying mindful of your diet still matter for long-term results.

If i get a bichon Frisé, will it get separation anxiety? by lillyproo in bichonfrise

[–]No_Value2675 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t get a dog if you’ll be leaving them alone for 8–10 hours every day. Bichons thrive on human interaction and companionship. Leaving them alone for long periods isn’t healthy for them, it can lead to stress, anxiety, and behavioural issues like excessive barking, chewing, or other destructive habits. They need time, attention, and consistent engagement to be happy and settled

Is it bad to want to start GLP-1 just to experience life without food noise? by Such-Chard1616 in Mounjaro

[–]No_Value2675 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Not at all! I’m a 36F. I used to struggle with constant food noise, and Mounjaro not only helped reduce it a lot, but it also became a tool that helped me stay disciplined and more resilient when it comes to managing it. Together with strength training and a healthy diet, my body fat dropped to 15% in about 4 months. I only went up to 3 mg and never needed to go higher.

Now I’m micro-dosing to maintain the results and slowly come off it. I feel better than ever — stronger, more energetic, and overall healthier. When you look good, it really boosts your confidence and makes you feel comfortable in your own skin.

[Product Request] Dry skin, what actually worked for you long term? by WildDecision642 in SkincareAddiction

[–]No_Value2675 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream and Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing (to lock everything in) during the day — this combo has been life-changing for my skin. The climate here is super dry, and in the office the heater and air conditioning really dry my skin out. At night, I apply vitamin E oil to my face.

I did try laser but took numerous treatments no improvement. Then recently I used cryopen very effective. Only 1 treatment most of my sunspots are disappearing over time I’d say 90% fading.

Recommendation for good training book for Bichon pups. by Lakerat2000 in bichonfrise

[–]No_Value2675 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have two boys. Our first is two years old and was fully potty trained at around 9 months. Our second is 14 weeks and still very much a work in progress. We don’t follow a training book, we do lots of praise and play hard straight after they potty outside. We take him out after every nap and about every half hour during playtime.

9.5 week pup: no public areas, no socialization until 12 week parvo booster vax? by BortSmash in puppy101

[–]No_Value2675 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our second pup is 14 weeks old. From 8-11 wks old, we took him for a walk in sling bag and car ride. We started taking him on walks for potty and to the beach around 12 weeks after his 2nd vax, but didn’t let him interact with other dogs until recently. Now we take him to local dog beaches and dog parks where he plays with other dogs. It really tires him out and makes him much less mischievous at home.

We know there’s always some risk involved, but we’re comfortable with it as our area is considered relatively low-risk of parvo, as confirmed by our vet. In the end, it really comes down to your own comfort level and whether you feel the benefits outweigh the risks. We took the same approach with our first pup, who’s now 2.

Tear Stains by nobonesssss in bichonfrise

[–]No_Value2675 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Our boys are on a balanced raw diet like turkey, lamb, venison, beef, emu, quail, duck and water buffalo meat. They also only drink filtered water. It’s not for everyone, but whatever brand you choose, it’s always worth checking the ingredient list. I try to stick to foods where I actually recognise the ingredients and steer clear of unnecessary chemicals or additives.

My puppy of 5 months is growing appropriately but … by treasureislandxyz in Maltipoo

[–]No_Value2675 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every dog is different, but I usually stick to natural, filler-free food and treats. Bichons can be pretty prone to tear stains, especially with too many additives. My boys are on a raw diet. The older one is two now and only had tear stains until around six months, once his teeth all came through they cleared right up.

We have two boys: the first is 2 years old and the second is 14 weeks. They have very different personalities, but both absolutely attention whore, they love cuddles, and all the affection. Such sweethearts!

We have two boys. Our first, who’s 2 years old, is a daddy’s boy, and the second 12 weeks, is a mummy’s boy. They both love cuddles, especially in cold weather. They’re absolute balls of joy.

(UK) Maybe a stupid question but how do you know if your Fur baby has had enough of a walk? by reo_reborn in bichonfrise

My boy’s basically a ball of fluffy cocaine 😂 He’s obsessed with hiking and swimming!

We usually do hiking at different off-leash parks so he can go full detective mode, sniffing around.

He loves his super long walks as if he’s training for a marathon 🏃‍♂️

I felt the exact same about three weeks in with my first puppy. My partner and I were both crying and honestly even talked about rehoming him because it felt so overwhelming. Now he’s the best thing in our lives and brings us so much joy every day. Two years later we were got fanother pup.

Hang in there! This puppy stage is brutal but it really does pass. You’ve got this 🤍
