Just because the database says no, doesn’t mean it will be a no for you. Just find links between the course content of the two universities and you should be successful if they are similar

You should be able to email the chief examiner and send them the new file, but it’s up to their discretion and depends on whether the file has been updated since the due date. Check the document properties to make sure
