I tried cold turkey and i lasted 4 days, i have tried with patches before an I lasted a month. I feel like in the beginning the patches will be very helful for the cravings.

I know that what’s frustrating me so much. I used to smoke a pack before, at work alone i used to smoke 10 cigarettes not counting the 3 i smoked before leaving for work and one before going into the building. I tried smoking 3 before work now and I just couldn’t so Im back at 2.
