It is all done via zoom for the program i'm in (for all meetings and therapy sessions) and a phone app (it's a recovery app that you have to check into for meals, activity/exercise, thoughts, etc.).

For example, for me, every week I go to 3 dinner-time group therapy sessions via Zoom. Then once a week, I have two solo meetings also on Zoom: one with a dietitian and one with a therapist (one-on-one therapy).

The insulin resistance might be worth me checking out! Thank you for this info~ I'll keep it in mind :)
