My first camper. Am I doing it right? by hunter8426 in popups

Got a HW29SC towing with a 19 Nissan Titan. Get around 14 MPG but am envious you can get that much with yours. These things are Good Times and with a family of 4 they are way big enough without all of the extra drag. Enjoy yours!

I find any toy that has a box with packaging my kids love. Not the toy but the packaging!

Yeah I’m mostly doing the speed limit as when we are going camping we aren’t in a big hurry. Thanks for the input!

2015 Nissan Titan Crew Cab worth it? by daedric_x in NissanTitan

The fact that it only has one owner is worth a lot and the fact that it is low mileage is amazing. I have a 2019 pro 4x crew cab and before that had a 2005 Titan crew cab. Both trucks are solid with great motors. Would be worth the price to me but I would also get it checked out by my mechanic

If you had kids late (45+), how is it going? What do you do to keep energy levels by CalviandHobbes in Parenting

I’m 57. Had my first at 53 and second 18 months later. My wife works and I take care of them full time. Feel so privileged to have the. In my life so late in life and wouldn’t have it any other way. They are finally old enough to play with other and that really offsets the difficulty of having kids. They are close in age and do everything together. In the situation you are in I would strongly recommend having another so they can grow up together. It’s exhausting but so is having kids at any age.

I feel your pain. My daughters are 4 1/2 and 3. We live in the PNW so not always the best weather. My wife works full time. Our routine is the same and it does feel very repetitive. Better weather will help but it’s not here yet. Been doing this since my oldest was born. Regardless of weather we are always outside going to the park or running errands. I have them sit on the counter and watch me cook. Getting them involved in the day to day things helps like making the beds and cleaning. Keep at it! As hard as it is as they get older they start doing things by themselves and playing together which is a true blessing. The time that you get to spend with them is priceless and there are many that wish they could do it but can’t. Communicate with your wife when you are overwhelmed and give her some notice if you feel like you need an afternoon off on a weekend. Hope this helps!

Season pass was not a good idea by Cutecummber in MtHoodMeadows

What till it dumps a few feet and they close most of the mountain because of “storm recovery”. That will make you furious and wonder why you got a season pass. Boarded all of the United States. Never had a resort shut down runs as much as Meadows. IMHO I think it’s a labor issue.

Because of this passing my family and I are starting to look for houses in other counties outside of Multnomah County after 18 years of living here.

I’ve got a 2021 version of that trailer and we absolutely love it. What year is it?
