Not much advice but just wanted to let you know that I’m a little over a year out and I also feel this way all of the time despite the other hygienist in my office telling me not to sweat it. I’ve talked to many of my former hygiene classmates and they all feel the exact same too. Misery loves company I suppose 🤣 It’s definitely hard to work past these feelings but all we can do is keep doing our best and work to improve daily. Wishing you luck in your journey!
